What we collect, and why
WhatsApp quotes. When you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a greeting and the package or extra you picked. You can edit the message before you send it. We use it only to reply and quote.
Enquiry form. The form on this site does not store or send anything itself. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. It asks for your name, an optional business name, a phone number or email address, what you need and a short message. We ask for these only so we can reply and quote. This is our purpose for collecting them and we don't use them for anything else.
Messages you send us. If you email, call or message us, we keep the conversation so we can reply, quote and do the work.
Clients. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run the project and your plan: contact details, the quote, invoices and the content you give us for your site.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and browser details when you visit, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are served from our own site, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for direct marketing without your consent, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who else handles it
We use these operators to run the site and our messages: Cloudflare (hosting), WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta (if you choose to message us there), and our email provider (if you email us). Some of them are outside South Africa, so your information may be processed abroad. We use only providers that offer an adequate level of protection, as POPIA requires.
If we add a tool that handles enquiries for us, such as a form service or a lead inbox, we will list it here before we switch it on.
Client sites, CRMs and tools we build
When we build or host a site, CRM or tool for your business, you are responsible for the personal information of your own customers and we process it on your behalf. We keep it secure, separate from other clients' data, and use it only to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we're talking to you, and for as long as we need them for client records, tax and legal obligations. We delete or de-identify them when they're no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. If we become aware of a security compromise affecting your information, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@dreamcorp.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers whether you were looking at Buy once or Rent monthly prices in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. WhatsApp, which we link to, may set its own cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
